Curzon appoints Rachel Gilbert as Head of People & Culture
Curzon Consulting has appointed Rachel Gilbert as the firm’s new Head of People and Culture.
Hired externally, Rachel Gilbert brings a wealth of human resources experience from 20 years of employment in senior HR roles, primarily from within the technology, financial services and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Curzon Consulting, she was a HR Business Partner at global software provider Micro Focus, supporting the firm’s Application Modernisation and Connectivity Business Group across 14 countries.
Earlier in her career, Gilbert among others served as a HR Director at Visa, and as HR Partner at Oasis Dental Care and Simplyhealth. She has also worked as a self-employed associate consultant and successfully ran her own company ‘Motivate HR’ for three years providing HR consultancy for start-ups, SMEs and large global corporates.
In her new capacity, a newly created role at the consultancy, Gilbert has been tasked with expanding Curzon Consulting’s employer proposition and offering to clients. “I’m delighted to be joining Curzon Consulting, it’s a fantastic opportunity to be part of their growth and success, and exciting that there is dedicated commitment from the partners to build on a value-based work culture.”
