Annie Dunne joins associate network of Prof. Consulting Group

Annie Dunne has joined Prof. Consulting Group as an Associate, bringing over a decade of experience in the food sector to the consultancy.

Prof. Consulting Group is an Australian boutique consulting firm specialised in the food sector. The firm helps manufactures, retailers and private equity firms active in the landscape with among others growth strategy, product innovation, supply chain management and consumer-driven transformation.

The firm also operates with an international team of associates in the UK and Europe, with Annie Dunne the latest to join the ranks. “Annie will benefit both current and future clients providing local and international support and we welcome her to the team,” said Mark Field, Prof. Consulting Group’s Founder and Director.

“She is recognised as an innovative market leader in food and has over 20 years of experience in elevating brands including nearly 10 years working with Harrods. Annie is an expert in pushing boundaries, creating exceptional products and really understands concept to implementation, he added.

Prior to affiliating with the consulting firm, Dunne was Head of Food Product Development & Quality at Harrods, responsible for the creative & culinary direction of Harrods’ own brand food products, driving innovation and leading consumer-driven changes to product portfolios. In the role, she also was part of the leadership team that delivered the well-known Harrods Food Halls. 

Before that, Dunne held procurement and product development roles at Musgrave and Kerry Foods in Dublin, Ireland.

Following a career of over 25 years in food manufacturing, Mark Field launched Prof. Consulting Group in 2019 in Melbourne. The firm has a number of major food players in its client roster, including brands in the fresh, frozen foods and grocery segments.
