Eden McCallum has added Leo Andronis to its consulting team in London. Andronis, who joins the consultancy as Associate Partner, transfers from A.T. Kearney.

Leo Andronis has 15 years of industry and management consulting experience specialised in strategy and operations. Prior to joining Eden McCallum earlier this month, Andronis was a Principal at A.T. Kearney, serving the firm’s Process Industries and Strategic Operations practices in the UK.

During his spell with the management consultancy – which spans two terms – he focused mainly on developing and implementing growth strategy and short term profit improvement, with his industry experience focussing on the Energy, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, Manufacturing and FMCG sectors. Previously Andronis was a Director of Strategy and of Operations Planning with Georgia Pacific, based in Belgium, and he began his career in the US with Exxon Mobil and Rohm and Haas.

At Eden McCallum, Andronis will develop the firm’s Industrials and Operations practices, working with colleagues internationally. “Eden McCallum has proven its ability to deliver excellence for clients while pioneering a model that unlocks the best from consultants,” says Leo. “I’m excited to be joining such a strong team and helping the firm continue its growth trajectory.”

Jörg Funk, the Partner who leads Eden McCallum’s Industrials practice internationally and co-head of Eden McCallum’s Swiss office, comments: “Leo’s deep knowledge of operations management will be invaluable to our clients, in Industrials and beyond. We’re thrilled to welcome him to the team.”

Earlier this year Eden McCallum boosted its London-based team with Jan-Willem Weggemans (a former Bain, BCG and A.T. Kearney consultant) and Michael Edwards, an alumnus of Accenture and McKinsey.
