Manchester-based consultancy Step5 joins TXM Group
UK digital transformation consultancy Step5 has joined TXM Group, a professional services group headquartered in Milton Keynes. Together, the firms will look to provide holistic support for digital projects, from strategy to implementation.
Step5 was established in 2010, and by 2015 it had hit £1 million in turnover. The digital transformation consultancy specialises in delivering complex change programmes and in recovering programmes that are failing to meet their objectives, and building on its early success, over the next four years Step5 enjoyed growth of more than 30% – boasting more than £1 billion in programme budgets managed and an expanding team of over 60 consultants by 2019, while its current clients now include large private and public sector organisations such as the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, Sopra Steria, and BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK.
After another year of rapid growth, Step5 has attracted investment from TXM Group – a multi-faceted professional services network headquartered in Milton Keynes. The group has an annual turnover of £220 million, with additional UK offices located in Derby, Birmingham, Fareham and London, as well as operations in the Middle East, Australia and US – something which will enable Step5 broaden the breadth and depth of its offering to central government and multinational businesses around the world.
