Graham McWilliam and Marlene Lowe join Evolvereia
Three months after launching, Evolvereia has strengthened its senior team with Graham McWilliam and Marlene Lowe.
Evolvereia provides businesses across the UK and Europe with business transformation services and coaching. The firm operates with an agile model; no office and with a team of independent consultants. McWilliam and Lowe both join the consultancy as independent consultants, bringing decades of experience with them to the firm.
McWilliam has since 2015 been the managing director of mattress manufacturer Glencraft, leading the company’s internal transformation in recent years. He has been widely recognised for his capabilities, being nominated for the EY Entrepreneur of the year in 2018, and winner of regional director of the year by the Institute of Directors in 2019 and 2020, where he was also a finalist for the Director of the Year – International award.
Marlene has since 2016 been a director at Forbytes, an international consultancy with offices in Sweden and the Ukraine specialised in digital transformation and business solutions such as e commerce platforms. Lowe brings a breadth of sector experience having worked in banking, retail, IT, consultancy, and non-profit organisations.
Commenting on their decision to join Evolvereia, both joiners highlight their excitement contributing to “an exciting new venture” in the world of consulting. Lowe said: “I feel very privileged to be working together with such a successful and influential group of professionals. They really set themselves apart to other independent consultancies.”
Evolvereia founder Paul Glass commented: “We are delighted to welcome Graham and Marlene, who bring a wealth of experience and complimentary skills to an already strong Evolvereia team. Graham brings a proven track record of success in business transformation. Marlene’s successful experience in digital transformation further enhances our capabilities.”
