Paul Styler joins ETL as Director of Infrastructure Solutions
Former Big Four professional Paul Styler has joined specialist infrastructure consultancy ETL as Director of Infrastructure Solutions.
Prior to joining the London-headquartered consultancy, Styler was Head of the Healthcare practice at Arcadis. Prior to serving the engineering consultancy, he worked as a Director at Health Innovation Partners, and for over fifteen years at three large professional services firms – Grant Thornton, and Big Four firms PwC and KPMG.
“I was delighted to be approached by ETL to join their team of sector specialist advisors and am looking forward to helping the firm shape a wider range of capabilities to help its clients deliver better outcomes for their services users, staff and stakeholders,” said Styler.
David Dean, the Chair of the ETL Board, welcomed Styler to the firm, stating “we’re delighted that, despite the pandemic, ETL continues to go from strength to strength.”
Earlier this month, ETL also hired Jonathan French as Managing Director. Dean: “We want to be on the front foot as we emerge from lockdown.”
Styler will focus on helping ETL’s clients – most of which are in the health and science and research sectors – with understanding and shaping opportunities in their internal and external markets to bring about more effective delivery of service and asset change.
A qualified accountant, Styler specialises in structured finance offerings for infrastructure investment in areas of project finance, financial modelling, and commercial development structures.
Earlier this year, Lincolnshire NHS Trust hired ETL to deliver a suite of sustainability consulting services.
