Former McKinsey Partner joins health group Clinova
Former McKinsey & Company Partner Masha Feigelman has been appointed an Organisational Design Advisor with consumer health group Clinova. Before arriving at the rapidly expanding private health firm, Feigelman spent over two decades with McKinsey, helping set up its healthcare practice in Russia in that time.
"I'm delighted to have joined Clinova at such a vital time in its development,” Feigelman said, “bringing my knowledge and know-how in key areas, such as the creation of new service lines and international development. The Clinova board has a clear vision for the expansion of its global network, providing health and wellness solutions across the world, and I am excited to join them on this journey."
Clerkenwell-based Clinova is a health and life sciences firm which recently upped the production of its FFP2 certified Covaflu respirator masks, something which has been in high demand to provide protection throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. The company has also had success with its personal healthcare app Caidr, which allows users access to personalised medical and wellness advice.
Feigelman joins Clinova as Organisational Design Advisor, as the company looks to expand from Europe into the Middle East, Africa, South America and Asia Pacific markets. She will also support the growth of Clinova's diverse product portfolio, with a focus on the Caidr app.
Before joining Clinova, Feigelman worked for McKinsey & Company for 22 years, and during her time with the global management consulting firm she helped build up the healthcare restructuring and transformation service. She became a Partner in 2009, and in her capacity as a global leader she helped set up the McKinsey healthcare practice in Russia. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and has also supported international expansion strategy and implementation for several fast-growth companies, having worked with VCs and their portfolio companies to develop organisation development blueprints.
Currently, Feigelman is Advisor and Board member at contracting firm Self Employed, and a Trustee for the Centre of Entrepreneurs. She will maintain both roles alongside her new commitments with Clinova.
