Redington promotes 3 advisors to Managing Director

Investment consultancy Redington recently promoted three of its professionals to Managing Director: Dan Mikulskis, Pete Drewienkiewicz and Mitesh Sheth. According to the firm, the key promotions reflect its growth strategy.

Founded in 2006, Redington is an independent UK-based investment consultant to pension funds and other long term savings institutions. The consulting firm, which currently consists of a team of 64 individuals and 41 investment professionals, focuses on investment consulting, actuarial advice, capital markets and asset management, providing services to 60+ clients.

As part of its regular performance management cycle, Redington recently announced the promotion of Dan Mikulskis, Pete Drewienkiewicz and Mitesh Sheth to Managing Director level.

Pete-Drewienkiewicz,-Dan-Mikulskis,-Mitesh-ShethDan Mikulskis, who has been named Managing Director Asset Liability Management, joined Redington in 2012. Prior to his career at the consulting firm, Mikulskis, among others, worked in the Cross Asset Trading group of the Deutsche Bank and was a quantitative analyst for Global Trading Strategies Investment Management and Macquarie Group. Mikulskis started his career as Associate at Mercer.

Pete Drewienkiewicz heads up the Manager Research practice and leads the team responsible for the research, selection and monitoring of asset managers. Before joining Redington in 2011, Drewienkiewicz worked as Director Interest Rate Derivative Sales at RBC Capital Markets between 2009 and 2011. Other roles include Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank and Derivative Sales at Barclays Capital.

Newly appointed Managing Director of Business Development & Communications Mitesh Sheth joined the firm in 2013 as Strategic Consultant. Prior to joining the firm, Sheth worked as an independent Strategy & Innovation Consultant. Between 2005 and 2012, he worked for Henderson Global Investors and fulfilled several roles, including Director of Business Innovation and Head of Fixed Income. In addition, he also gained experience in investment at Towers Watson and Aon.
