M&A firm Arrowpoint Advisory promotes four professionals
Rothschild subsidiary Arrowpoint Advisory has promoted four of its London-based advisors to the next level.
Jamie Hutton has been promoted to Director. He joined the firm Analyst in 2014 and has since worked across a broad range of transactions. Notable transactions include advising on the sale of Graze to Unilever, the acquisition of Alston Elliot by Inflexion and the secondary buy-outs of Key Travel and Capital Economics.
Similarly, Lewis Gray also joined Arrowpoint Advisory as an Analyst in 2014 and he now too has been appointed a Director. Gray specialises in deals in the business services sector, having worked on the buy-outs of The Instant Group and LOD (Lawyers on Demand) both backed by Bowmark Capital, the sale of Tessella to Altran and the sale of CLEAN Linen to ALSCO.
Meanwhile, Joe Austin and Dustin Stevens have been promoted to Assistant Director. Austin joined the team as an Analyst in 2017 and divides his time between the Business Services and Industrial sectors. He has advised on a range of clients including the sale of Aston Lark to Goldman Sachs and the buy-outs of The Instant Group and LOD.
Stevens also joined the team as an Analyst three years ago and has since focused on working with clients across the Consumer and Healthcare sectors. Notable transactions include the buy-out of We Are Discounts and the sale of PEI Media, both to Bridgepoint Development Capital, and the sale of Novosco to Cancom.
Commenting on the promotions, Patrick Groarke, Managing Director at Arrowpoint Advisory, said: “It is important that we recognise our colleagues’ contributions to our clients’ projects and our own business. Jamie, Lewis, Dustin and Joe have had a significant impact on our business and team over recent years and we are delighted to acknowledge that through these well-deserved promotions.”
Arrowpoint Advisory, formerly known as Livingstone prior to its purchase by Rothschild, is based in London. The 40-strong team is led by nine Managing Directors, and focuses on transactions in the Business Services, Consumer, Healthcare, Industrials and Media & Technology sectors.
