As the firm continues to grow its profile in its 10th year of business, Spectrum Corporate Finance recently committed to a string of recent promotions which brought 27 experienced professionals to the firm across its offices in London, Reading and Southampton. Following this, the firm has announced three senior team appointments. Bilal Hasan has been promoted to Director, Richard Boyden has been promoted to Associate Director, and James Mines has been promoted to Head of Technology.

James Mines is a corporate finance professional who joined Spectrum in 2014. Mines has completed many significant deals in the sector including the sale of MTI Europe to Endless, and the sale of ICE InsureTech to Acturis. In his new role, James will continue to focus on technology sector transactions, and lead this sector specialism for the firm.

Commenting on the trio of promotions, Managing Director Clive Hatchard said, “Bilal, Richard and James have played an important part in delivering the growth of our lead advisory business. Over the past few years they have repeatedly demonstrated their commitment to delivering exceptional client service and work tirelessly on the detail of every transaction they are involved in to ensure a successful completion, and an exceptional result for everyone involved in the process.”
