Curzon & Company moves to new office in London
Management consultancy firm Curzon & Company has earlier this month moved to new premises in London. With the new office space, the firm believes it has the right foothold in place to facilitate further growth and client engagement.
Founded in 2002, Curzon & Company is a mid-sized consultancy firm that specialises in strategy execution and change management. The privately owned firm’s London office has been based at 10 Shepherd Market for over eight years now, yet in line with its future ambitions the firm’s management team last year decided to move to a new and improved office space. Following a due diligence on potential locations the decision swayed in the favour of an office at 19 Berkeley Street, a short distance from its previous office, located at a walking distance from a number of the firm’s clients in London with an easy connection to those outside the city.
With the move, Curzon & Company foresees two main benefits, says Andrew Morgan, who early July was appointed Managing Partner of the consulting firm. “Our new London office is an investment in the firm and a more professional working environment. It is a good place to meet clients, hold client workshops and for the team to hot desk or spend a day working with clients”, he comments. In addition, the partner highlights that the new office better equips the firm to realise its growth targets, describing the change of locations as a “significant step forward for Curzon and a real sign of our continuing growth and confidence”. This year the business advisory has to date seen its fee income grow by over 30%, a feat which in Morgan’s view highlights the team passion for realising “great results with and for clients”.
Curzon & Company formally inaugurated its new office – based on the 1st first floor of the Berkeley Street building in the heart of Mayfair – on Thursday 2 July, during a celebration with employees and relations. The company’s second office in the UK is located in Hovingham in Yorkshire.
Earlier this year Curzon & Company received the highly commended status from the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) for a change management project with Imtech UK.
