Schraner will hold her role with JTC alongside a similar position with Cambridge-based Amino Technologies, which she joined in 2019 and where she is also Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
Her most recent role in the consulting sector came when she spent five years with PwC’s London outfit. She was UK Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Leader there until her exit in 2018. This followed a six-year stint with competitor EY, where she was a Partner in Transaction Advisory Services, working across the Big Four firm’s US and European operations. Schraner holds a PhD in Operations Research and Management Science, which she obtained from Stanford University.
Non-Executive Chair Mike Liston said of Schraner’s arrival, "JTC's global growth strategy is all about the smart improvement of its traditional businesses combined with the equally smart acquisition and integration of new ones.
