Allison Ford-Langstaff joins leadership team of 4C Associates
European procurement consultancy 4C Associates has appointed Allison Ford-Langstaff as a partner. Specialising in cost reduction and transformation work, Ford-Langstaff sits on the firm’s senior leadership team.
Founded in 2000, 4C Associates today has over 100 consultants working from offices in the UK and the Netherlands. The consultancy helps blue chip organisations optimise their procurement and sourcing organisation, and deliver bottom line savings across spend areas. 4C Associates works for medium-sized enterprises and large corporations, including AstraZeneca, BAE Systems, Boots, GlaxoSmithKline, Hunkemöller and WorldPay. The firm is anticipating a busy coming period, thanks to issues thrown up by Brexit, and has been investing in its operations in recent months to strengthen them ahead of that.
The latest development in this regard is the news that Allison Ford-Langstaff has joined the firm’s senior leadership team, bringing more than 20 years of commercial and consulting experience to the role. Specialising in procurement transformation, organisational design and change management, Ford-Langstaff has worked with a plethora of major organisations, including Britvic, Co-Op, Network Rail, Linde Group, GSK, Orange, Sanoma, Endemol Shine Group and Yodel.
Most recently, Ford-Langstaff spent six years as a Transformation Director with Future Purchasing, a boutique procurement consulting firm. At the firm, she was responsible for the Transformation and Change Management service offering.
Prior to that, she , and four years as Sourcing & SRM Director with Orange Personal Communications Services. Meanwhile, Ford-Langstaff leads Rightsource Solutions for over nine years now. Rightsource specialises in interim solutions for the SME market across a whole range of disciplines.

Earlier this year, 4C Associates was approved as a Grocery Supply Code of Practice training provider to the UK grocery trade sector. Failing to provide adequate training for staff when it comes to complying with developments could see grocers forfeit millions of pounds.
