Jamie Mason, Peter Wood and Thierno Barry join Oaklin
Management consultancy Oaklin has appointed a trio of consultants to its London office. Jamie Mason, Peter Wood and Thierno Barry join the firm, bringing a combined two decades of experience to the company.
Founded in 2009, London headquartered management consultancy Oaklin works to provide advice, shape transformation and deliver large programmes for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. The company’s consultants bring experience from across a diversity of sectors, enabling Oaklin’s clients to benefit from a breadth of industry knowledge. The firm’s knowhow covers financial services, retail, engineering, betting, energy and resources, manufacturing, health, media, public sector, telecommunications and shipping.
As the consultancy looks to prepare for a period of heightened demand in the coming months, it has installed three new members of its management consulting team. Peter Wood, Jamie Mason and Thierno Barry each arrive at the firm with a range of industry and consulting experience on their CVs.
Peter Wood joins Oaklin as a Consultant with over five years of experience within the healthcare and life sciences industries. Having commenced his career as a Graduate Management Consultant with Mouchel, Wood moved into the health care industry in 2014, holding various positions in organisational transformation within different groups since then. Most recently, he held Programme Manager and Project Delivery Manager roles with NHS England, following almost two years as a Transformation Facilitator with the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust.
Jamie Mason joins Oaklin as an experienced programme and project manager, having led multiple large scale business and technology transformations. He is a digital expert, having previously delivered multiple websites and mobile apps, alongside applying different agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban. He has held roles in the utilities and communication sectors, but was most recently a Senior Manager with global consultancy Accenture.
Thierno Barry meanwhile brings more than a decade of professional experience to the firm, including nine in management consulting and two years in industry. Having successfully delivered projects for FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies across the private sector, Barry’s expertise encompasses business transformation, global business services strategy, target operating model design, process design, benchmarking, cost reduction and operations improvement. Most recently he was a Manager, Global Business Services, for the Hackett Group, following two years with Deloitte as a Consulting Manager, Strategy & Operations Finance.
