Agnes Greaves and Lorcan Lennon join Russell Reynolds in London
Global recruitment consulting firm Russell Reynolds has made two senior appointments to its London office. Lorcan Lennon joins the firm to lead its public sector practice, while Agnes Graves becomes a Managing Director in the consultancy’s digital and consumer practices.
With the tightening of the human resources market – high employment and heightened competition mean more firms now compete for fewer candidates than in decades – demand for consulting firms to assist in executive search roles has ramped up fast. Russell Reynolds Associates is a global leadership advisory and search firm which is looking to tap into this heightened demand.
With more than 400 consultants in 46 offices, the firm works with public, private and non-profit organisations across all industries and regions. The consultancy assists clients with the building of teams of transformational leaders, capable of meeting the challenges of today’s markets, and anticipate the digital, economic and political trends that are reshaping the global business environment. As it looks to meet with the changing needs of clients, Russell Reynolds has announced the appointment of Agnes Greaves and Lorcan Lennon in its London office.
Lorcan Lennon commands more than a decade of experience in public sector consulting. Early in his career, he worked within KPMG's government practice for 12 years, becoming a Director and leading the company's delivery of consulting work for a range of central government clients. Following that, he was seconded to be Chief of Staff to the Director-General of the Confederation of British Industry. He holds a BA in finance, accounting and management from the University of Nottingham.
As he arrives with Russell Reynolds, Lennon takes up the lead role of the firm’s public sector practice. Lennon will be a key member of the firm's team, focussing on clients in the non-profit space, working with mission-led organisations to recruit, develop and assess their leadership talent.

Agnes Greaves meanwhile re-joins Russell Reynolds as a Managing Director in its consumer and digital practices, having spent the last two years as a Managing Director at the Up Group. Based in London, Greaves has 20 years of search experience, with more than nine of those spent in a previous role at Russell Reynolds Associates. Greaves is a digital specialist with broad consumer industry experience.
Earlier in her career, she also spent two years as a Consultant with the Harvey Nash Group, before holding recruitment consulting roles with FreshMinds, eBay and Bright Young Things over the course of eight years. Greaves holds a Degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
