Temple Grange Partners establishes Advisory Board
UK consultancy Temple Grange Partners has launched a new Global Advisory Board, as the firm looks to support the next stage of its business plan. The Board’s first member will be former PwC employee Mark Humphries, who brings 25 years of experience to the role.
Founded in 2017 by Eoin O’Shea, former Global Chief Central Compliance Officer at Credit Suisse, and other senior industry practitioners, Temple Grange Partners is a practitioner-centred global compliance, risk and regulatory consultancy firm with offices in London, New York, and Hong Kong. The firm offers a range of advisory, assurance and specialist resource augmentation services to its clients, delivered through a highly experienced professional team that bring decades of specialist experience in managing complex risk, compliance and regulatory engagements.
While the London-headquartered firm’s team remains under 50 consultants, it is growing constantly, driven by spiking demand from heightened risk and compliance strains on clients. In 2018, this saw the consultancy launch a new branch in Singapore, while the last six months saw a threefold increase in headcount at the firm. Now, the group has announced it has formed a Global Advisory Board to help push its agenda for international and domestic expansion.
Industry veteran Mark Humphries has become the first professional to join the new body. His hiring is aimed at supporting the long-term strategic business planning of the firm, including expansion into new verticals. Humphries brings 25 years of experience in senior management positions in corporate finance, specialist resourcing and consultancy. Having started his career in corporate finance at Coopers & Lybrands (now PwC), Humphries became an accomplished M&A specialist at FTSE 100 firm GKN, before spending 14 years as Senior Partner and COO at Catalyst Corporate Finance, and then serving as Chief Executive Officer at Huntswood.
As Senior Advisor to the Board, Humphries will enhance Temple Grange’s service proposition by bringing his deep expertise in business development, private equity, consultancy services and business leadership.
Humphries commented that, since its launch, Temple Grange Partners has been growing rapidly, winning new mandates and clients, and he is “thrilled to be part of such a compelling business proposition.”
Eoin O’Shea, Founder and Chief Executive of Temple Grange Partners, said, “Mark’s prior experience will be invaluable in helping us to consolidate that success, and to accelerate our growth plans into new verticals for Temple Grange Partners. The Global Advisory Board is an integral part of our business development strategy, adding highly experienced advisers who bring exceptional industry experience to support client delivery, and to help focus and refine our long term planning.”
