Strategi Solutions moves into new office in Newcastle

Staffordshire-based Strategi Solutions has moved to new larger premises, as it bids to grow its presence in the UK. The professional services firm has around 20 advisors and staff, and customers from across the industrial spectrum.

Founded in 2015, Strategi Solutions is a professional services firm based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Staffordshire. It provides a broad range of solutions for clients, including culture change programmes, HR outsourcing, health & safety consultancy, environmental auditing, marketing, PR, design and learning and development.

Strategi Solutions clients cover a range of sectors, including businesses such as John Morley and Pallet Force, along with charitable causes such as Douglas Macmillan and Women of the Year. Due to its growing client base, as well as a burgeoning workforce, the business has completed a move to Lymedale Business Park.

Strategi Solutions employed 20 consultants and staff before the move, but the new premises has accommodated the creation of two new jobs, taking the current total number of staff to 22.The office has a dedicated reception, a presentation and training area, as well as space for social events. It is designed to enable agile working through hot-desking, as well as providing break-out and quiet areas for staff to work in or hold meetings.

Wendy Dean, Founder and CEO of Strategi Solutions, said of the development, “Purchasing our own building and being able to create a modern and creative environment for our team and customers is an incredibly important step for Strategi. We have an incredibly talented team and the new office space is a showcase for our team of designers who have been responsible for the interior layout and furnishings. The team has added lots of creative and quirky touches, from a digital ceiling to the use of contemporary and vibrant furniture.”

The move was backed by a six-figure funding package from HSBC UK. According to Natalie Taylor, Commercial Manager for Liverpool & Cheshire for the bank, Strategi Solutions is planning future expansions and renovations to create a contemporary work environment. She added that HSBC looks forward “to supporting the business in its future growth plans.”
