Baker Tilly names Hannah Lloyd Head of Corporate Tax
It was recently announced that Hannah Lloyd has been picked up by Baker Tilly, where she joins as Partner and Head of Corporate Tax for the Guildford region. She will be charged with furthering the corporate tax offerings in the region.
Hannah Lloyd started her career at Rothman Pantall, as an Audit and Accounts trainee in 1996, working for the firm for almost three years. In 1999 she joined professional services firm EY where she worked as a Corporate Tax Supervisor until early 2005. Soon after, she joined BDO as a Senior Tax Manager, a job she held for four years. In 2010, she briefly acted as Tax Director, after which she was promoted to Corporate Tax Director – a role she had for 5 years until early 2015.
Lloyd brings more than 15 years of experience advising companies in R&D tax relief, international tax matters and Substantial Shareholdings Exemption to her new role as Head of Corporate Tax for the Guildford region. In her new capacity, she will be charged with developing Baker Tilly’s Corporate Tax capacity in the Guildford region.
