Risk management firm Consilio appoints new UK Managing Director
Risk and legal services consultancy Consilio has announced the appointment of James MacGregor as a new Managing Director to its UK wing. MacGregor will take charge of sales, client delivery and internal operations in Britain, as the firm looks to bolster its offering in the region.

The company supports multinational law firms and corporations using innovative software, cost-effective managed services and deep legal and regulatory industry expertise. As it looks to broaden its offering in the UK wing of its network, Consilio has announced that James MacGregor has joined the firm as Managing Director in charge of the sales team. The role sees MacGregor responsible for further building out Consilio’s UK presence, growing global accounts, and expanding into new regions with both new and existing clients.MacGregor will report directly to Meredith Kildow, Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Organisation.
MacGregor brings more than a decade of forensic technology and document review experience to the company, having fulfilled similar roles on either side of the Atlantic. Prior to joining Consilio, MacGregor was a Senior Consultant at Inventus and Vice President of European eDisclosure Services at FRONTEO USA.
Before this, he held the position of Client Relationship Director at the world’s fifth largest audit and advisory firm, BDO, overseeing business development for the Forensic Technology Services Practice in New York and London, from the company’s office in the Big Apple itself. MacGregor is also the founder of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists’ (ACEDS) UK chapter, currently sitting on the board and is responsible for chapter membership.
