Suiko boosts its Construction Practice with Steve Clark
Consulting firm Suiko has recently strengthened its Construction Practice with the appointment of Steve Clark as Senior Consultant. Clark’s appointment underlines the firm’s goal to enhance the expertise of its construction practice and grow its footprint in the industry.
Suiko is an in 1997 founded management consulting firm specialised in operational excellence, helping its clients to improve efficiency, sustain improvements and grow profits within their businesses. The firm is UK-based and headquartered in Bath.
In line with its ambition to grow its Construction Practice, the firm recently appointed experienced lean practitioner Steve Clark as Senior Consultant. Clark has been tasked to further develop the practice. “We are delighted to welcome Steve to Suiko. He has walked in our client’s shoes and as a result provides great empathy and understanding with first-hand knowledge of what organisations face during major change and transformation,” comments Richard Lyle, Head of Suiko’s Construction Practice. “Our construction practice is going from strength to strength with a fantastic blue-chip client roster and Steve’s appointment very much puts a stake in the ground and cements our on-going commitment to serving our construction clients and advancing our sector expertise.”
Clark joins Suiko with more than more than two decades of experience working alongside organisations in the UK, USA and Portugal helping them to achieve operational excellence. His latest function held before transferring to Suiko was at Redjigsaw Consulting, where he acted as Management Consultant & Managing Director for two years. Prior to this, he fulfilled the role of Associate Consultant at Suiko for seven months. Other functions held by Clark include Plant Manager at ACCO Brands Portuguesa, Site Director at ACCO Brands and Plant Manager at Domino Printing Sciences.
Clark holds an Electronics degree from Huntingdon Technical College, a Higher National Certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anglia Polytechnic Cambridge and a DMS Management Studies from Cambridge Business College.
