Capita appoints Tom Bridgman to Real Estate team
The Property and Infrastructure Practice of Capita has appointed Tom Bridgman as Divisional Director of the Investment department of its Gresham Street office in London. The appointment boosts the firm’s expertise and helps it to better serve its clients.
As Divisional Director Investment at Capita Real Estate, Tom Bridgman has been charged with advising pension fund managers, property companies and developers in London and the South East region on the acquisition, disposal of commercial property and funding across the business space sectors.

Bridgman joins Capita from Real Estate firm Gerald Eve, a company he joined out of university. At Gerald Eve, Bridgman worked for more than seven years, fulfilling the roles of Senior Surveyor and Associate in the National Investment Department.
Bridgman holds a Bachelor degree in Property Development from Sheffield Hallam University.
