Elixirr partners with Envestnet | Yodlee for two day FinTech event

Global consulting firm Elixirr’s latest partnership has seen it work with FinTech producer Envestnet | Yodlee. The alliance has seen the firms team up to bring  Envestnet | Yodlee’s experience from Silicon Valley to London for a two-day Launchpad event.

According to the consultancy’s founder and Managing Partner Stephen Newton, what sets Elixirr apart from its competitors is that the firm is willing to put “our money where our mouth is, taking risks together with our clients, building businesses.” This entrepreneurial spirit has long seen Elixirr continue a rapid growth trajectory across its global operations, as it has committed to a number of fruitful partnerships.

Recently this saw the self-styled ‘Challenger Consultancy’ sign deals with Kaizen to produce an innovative transaction reporting platform for financial services firms, and Thomas Cook, in order to build the disruptive holiday money service Thomas Cook Money. Leveraging new innovative technology, the products of Envestnet | Yodlee are fuelled by data, helping FinTech start-ups learn more and grow faster.

The alliance between the group and Elixirr has seen the leading FinTech programme come to London, in the hopes of helping entrepreneurs take their companies to the next level. Elixirr partnered with Envestnet | Yodlee to host two days of business and technical workshops featuring industry experts and mentors. Envestnet | Yodlee’s regular US-based Incubator features three week-long boot-camps, as well as mentorship from industry veterans, although an action-packed Launchpad London saw this distilled down to its purest essence.

Throughout the event, this saw the group teaching everything from building a business model to the power of branding, from enhancing customer experience to running a sales and marketing funnel, as well as discussions about legal and regulatory issues like Open Banking reform and the new PSD2 regulations, and how to work with big banks. The workshops were then followed by an exclusive event in the City of London’s new Sky Garden, on the 36th floor of the famous Walkie Talkie building, featuring stellar views of the city skyline, with start-ups and entrepreneurs being encouraged to network with bank executives, investors and influencers.

Grey Consulting and Makerversity announce strategic partnership

Grey Consulting has forged a new alliance with Makerversity, a 500-strong community of the brightest creative innovators, headquartered at Somerset House, London. The partnership hopes to tap into the experimental community to develop pioneering solutions for Grey Consulting’s clients.
