Jane MacKay rejoins Crowe Clark Whitehill as Partner
Jane MacKay has returned to Crowe Clark Whitehill after almost 10 years, joining the firm as a partner. In her new role she will continue to support clients in their tax objectives as well as further bolstering the firm’s Thames Valley area tax offerings.
Jane MacKay has a 20 years’ experience in tax related roles. She started her career at PwC in 1993 and stayed at the firm for 8 years leaving as a Senior Tax Manager. In 2002 MacKay joined Crowe Clark Whitehill where she was a Senior Manager for the firm’s corporate and not-for-profit clients. In 2005 MacKay started work at Grant Thornton in Oxford as Tax Director, a position she held for 9 years, heading up the firm’s Transaction Tax.
MacKay holds a BA in Classics from Balliol College, University of Oxford.
MacKay re-joins Crowe Clark Whitehill as Tax Partner in its Thames Valley office and brings her extensive experience in tax structuring, acquisitions, funding, restructuring and due diligence to the firm. In her new role, she will provide advice to companies and shareholders for their objectives in the area of tax efficiency, as well as bolster Crowe Clark Whitehill’s growth strategy in the Thames Valley region.
