BDO buys Canadian consultancy firm Interis Consulting

The Canadian practice of BDO has boosted its consulting services with the acquisition of management consulting firm Interis Consulting. Approximately 50 consultants based in four offices in Canada (Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto en Edmonton) will join BDO. 

Interis Consulting is specialized in large transformations, change management, risk and compliance services. Its key focus lies in two industries: public sector and financial services. BDO Canada was founded in 1920s and has since grown to become Canada’s fifth largest accounting and consulting firm. BDO Canada has more than 3,000 partners and professionals spread across 106 offices.
