Elixirr takes on former Capgemini digital practice lead to expand US business
Elixirr has appointed former Capgemini Executive Vice President Rob Holland to help boost the firm’s US expansion efforts. The consultancy, which is growing rapidly in Europe, is now hoping for a repeat performance in the world’s largest consulting industry.
Having become Europe’s third fastest growing management consultancy, Elixirr has experienced a sustained period of growth recently. The firm has expanded beyond its UK origins to open offices in Johannesburg, South Africa, and the United States, aiming to add to their client-base in the world’s largest national consulting market. The US management consulting market grew to a value of $58 billion last year, with further growth anticipated in coming years.
Recently, Elixirr’s American outfit added former Accenture and Infosys employee Milan Davé to its team. Davé, who became a Principal at Elixirr, arrived after a diverse career spanning two decades. Now, the firm has continued its expansion of experienced talent with the hire of its newest Partner – who also boasts a considerable résumé.
Rob Holland has joined the Elixirr Partner team, to further build their fast-growing US business. With 20 years of experience in management consulting, working with Fortune 500 companies in the US and globally, Holland brings extensive experience from a storied career to the firm. Formerly the Digital Customer Experience lead for North America at Capgemini, Holland was an Executive Vice President at the firm, having joined in 2015. Before this, he was a Partner at EYand Infosys Consulting where he led high-performing teams to develop new business models, simplify business operations, craft personalised customer and employee experiences, and accelerate the pace of change. His sector experience ranges from financial services to manufacturing to retail & CPG. He also worked as a Senior Manager for Big Four firm Deloitte, following a two year stint with Accenture precursors Anderson Consulting.
Holland, who is based in Houston, Texas, commented on his new challenge, “The more I learned about the team at Elixirr, the more I realised what an incredible opportunity it would be to be a part of their journey.
