Elixirr has appointed former Capgemini Executive Vice President Rob Holland to help boost the firm’s US expansion efforts. The consultancy, which is growing rapidly in Europe, is now hoping for a repeat performance in the world’s largest consulting industry.

Having become Europe’s third fastest growing management consultancy, Elixirr has experienced a sustained period of growth recently. The firm has expanded beyond its UK origins to open offices in Johannesburg, South Africa, and the United States, aiming to add to their client-base in the world’s largest national consulting market. The US management consulting market grew to a value of $58 billion last year, with further growth anticipated in coming years.

Recently, Elixirr’s American outfit added former Accenture and Infosys employee Milan Davé to its team. Davé, who became a Principal at Elixirr, arrived after a diverse career spanning two decades. Now, the firm has continued its expansion of experienced talent with the hire of its newest Partner – who also boasts a considerable résumé.
