Thierry Delaporte CEO at Capgemini Financial Services
Thierry Delaporte (45) is the new CEO at the worldwide Financial Services (FS) practice of Capgemini. He is following in the footsteps of Aiman Ezzat, he was nominated Chief Financial Officer at Capgemini Group in 2012. Delaporte will be based from Capgemini's New York office.
Capgemini has a strong track record in the Financial Services industry. Approximately 21.000 consultants within Capgemini and Capgemini Consulting are active in banking, insurance companies and the remainder of financial institutions.
The Frenchman Thierry Delaporte is currently Chief Operating Officer for 'Application Services One', a position which he has held since early 2011. He began his career in 1992 as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen in Paris and London. In 1995 he moved to Capgemini and started as Group Internal Auditor for Sogeti, a subsidiary of the ICT-advisory firm. Over the past 17 years he held various roles as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Chief Operating Officer for Operations (COO), across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.
