The recent announcement sees Topping join Korn Ferry as a Senior Client Partner in the firm’s Consumer Practice in its New York office. He brings considerable experience to the firm in the area of human capital advisory at the top level of private equity portfolio companies and major corporations.
Caroline Nahas, Vice Chairman & Head of the North America Consumer Practice says, “Henry brings to Korn Ferry an extraordinary level of recruiting, organizational restructuring, and C-suite and CEO succession experience, as well as long standing client relationships. He is a formidable, outstanding professional who will bring added strengths to our firm and clients.”
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mariano Malvicino worked as an Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, a company he joined in 2011. Previously he worked at McKinsey & Company where he was an Associate. He started his career at Tenaris, where he rose – over a period of five years – to the role of Supply Chain Project Manager.
Malvicino holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University - Columbia Business School.
Malvicino joins the firm as Senior Client Partner in the Global Industrial Practice. He is based in the firm’s Houston office.
Neil Coillins, North America regional market leader of Korn Ferry’s Industrial Practice, says, “Mariano has deep experience within the Industrial Services sector. He is a great addition to the team as we continue to expand our presence in this segment globally.”
