Korn Ferry hires Steve Cornacchia as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry has hired executive search expert Steve Cornacchia as Senior Client Partner within its Global Life Sciences Practice, he is based out of Washington D.C. Cornacchia joins the firm from ON Partners where he was Partner and led the firm's Life Sciences business.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry – one of the globe's largest executive search, human capital and HR companies – Steve Cornacchia worked at executive search firm ON Partners as Partner and co-Lead of the company’s Life Sciences practice. At the firm he supplied Fortune 100, and public and private SME biotechnology businesses with talent and interim solutions. Previously, Cornacchia worked at former executive search company CTPartners, from 2005 until 2012, as Partner in the firm’s Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice; and, from 2003 until 2005, as Global Account Director at executive search and consultancy firm Stanton Chase International.

Cornacchia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from the University of California, San Diego.

Korn Ferry’s announcement sees Cornacchia join the firm as Senior Client Partner within its Global Life Sciences Practice. In the new role, Cornacchia takes responsibility for finding key talent for C-Suite and senior positions at clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and diagnostics market. Cornacchia is based out of the firm’s Washington D.C. Office.
