Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. adds Raymond Iardella as a Vice President
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has picked up insurance expert Raymond Iardella, who joins the firm’s Investor Relation’s team as Vice President. Iardella, who joins from Citadel, will report to the firm’s CFO, Doug Howell.
Prior to joining Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Raymond Iardella was an Analyst in Surveyor Capital at Citadel. Previously, between 2011 and 2013, he was a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at the Macquarie Group. In 2008, Iardella joined Oppenheimer & Co., starting out as an Equity Research Director before taking on the role of Senior Insurance Analyst in 2010. In 2007, Iardella briefly worked for Bear Stearns as an Equity Research Associate. Iardella started his career at the American International Group as an Actuarial Assistant in 2003.
Iardella holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematic from College of the Holy Cross.
Iardella joins Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., as Vice President of the firm’s Investor Relations practice. The addition provides the firm with wide ranging expertise in insurance and generating shareholder value. Iardella will report to Doug Howell, Gallagher's Chief Financial Officer.

Marsha Akin has been working in Investor Relations at Arthur J.Ghallagher for roughly 35 years, and in her most recent role holds the position of Director of Investor Relations. Both Iardella and Akin are based at the firm’s headquarter in Itasca, Illinois. The insurance brokerage and risk management services firm operates in 31 countries and services around 150 countries.
