CBPartners moves into new office in New York

Global consulting firm CBPartners has announced that it will in December move its New York office, its headquarter, to a new office space located on Wall Street, the heart of New York’s financial district.

CBPartners is a global healthcare consulting firm that provides management consultancy support to pharmaceutical companies, biopharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, and government health authorities. The firm, specialised in Pricing & Market Access, Value Demonstration, Forecasting, and Launch Planning, is headquartered in New York, and has additional offices in San Francisco, London – UK, and Shanghai – China.

Just recently, CBPartners signed a seven-year lease for a new office space in New York, where it plans to move into on December 1, 2014. The space is located at the second floor of a 29-story office building at 100 Wall Street and has a size of 5,685 square feet.

Commenting on the decision, Brian Reiver, Director of Leasing of the building’s owner Savanna, says: “We believe that the Class A asset quality and tenancy of 100 Wall Street combined with the high-end prebuilts and fantastic light and views make it a highly attractive package to prospective tenants.”
