Eric Dugelay global lead of Deloitte Sustainability Services

Professional services firm Deloitte has appointed Eric Dugelay as the global leader for its Sustainability Services. Dugelay succeeds Dave Pearson, who has been promoted to Chief Sustainability Officer.

Eric Dugelay has more than 10 years of experience working on sustainability issues. In his previous role he was a partner in Deloitte France and the EMEA regional leader for Sustainability Services. He joined Deloitte in 2001, prior to that he worked for among others rival PwC, manufacturing firm Schneider Electric and as a consultant for Arthur Andersen. Dugelay has an MBA from INSEAD (1990), a degree in Engineering from Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (Supelec – 1986) and a degree in Chinese from INALCO (France National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations – 1986).

Deloitte Sustainability Services

Following the leading role Dugelay played in the EMEA region Deloitte has promoted him to the global leader for its Sustainability Services* unit, a practice which consists of around 2,000 professionals globally. Dugelay will, together with Valerie Chort (Regional Sustainability Services Leader for Americas) and Keiichi Kubo (Regional Sustainability Services Leader for Asia Pacific), be responsible for managing the business and further enhancing its footprint in the sustainability advisory landscape.
