HR consultancy Hay Group adds senior leaders in China
Global consulting firm Hay Group has announced two senior appointments in China. Lawrence Wong, who joins from Accenture, has been named Managing Director of Greater China, while Grace Chen has been promoted to Managing Director of Mainland China.
Lawrence Wong has around 30 years’ working experience in the consulting industry and private sector. Prior to joining Hay Group, Wong was a Managing Director at Accenture, leading the Digital & Analytics practice in Greater China. During his 4+ years with Accenture, he managed a consulting team of 170+ professionals focusing on Analytics, SCM, BPM and Change Management. Before his spell with Accenture he gained extensive management and operational experience in IT, CRM, HR, Finance and SCM.

Grace Chen has been practicing human resource management in China since 1997. She spent the past 14 years with Hay Group China, working with managers of international clients and leading Chinese companies on a wide range of management and HR topics. Chen in addition is an active contributor to business columns and a sought after business speaker in China, offering insights on topics such as leadership transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions and organisational effectiveness.
