PerfectRebel appoints Lucile Flamand as partner
UK challenger consultancy PerfectRebel has appointed Lucile Flamand as a partner. She joins as the business looks to build on its rapid early growth.
Founded in 2024, PerfectRebel is a consultancy which works to help leaders build organisations to adapt, learn and deliver at speed. Since its launch 18 months ago, the firm has established itself as a fast-growing challenger in the professional services market.
According to Jonathan Potter and Neil Finnie, co-founders of PerfectRebel, the firm was created because “organisations needed to be inspired to do things differently if they want to get a different result” – and the response from clients has “reinforced what we believed from day one.”
Commenting on the latest addition to their partnership, Potter and Finnie added, “Organisations are looking for a better way to lead change, align around outcomes and adapt to a world being reshaped by digital technology and AI. Lucile embodies everything we look for in the leaders we bring into PerfectRebel. She has advised organisations on transformation, but more importantly, she has lived it. She has sat in the seat, carried accountability for results and experienced first-hand the realities of leading change inside complex organisations.”
Flamand joins PerfectRebel following a career spanning consulting, financial services and enterprise transformation. Most recently, she served as chief transformation officer at Bibby Financial Services, where she led large-scale transformation initiatives. Prior to this, she held consulting leadership roles at Clarasys, and began her career at Baringa. This trajectory has equipped her with first-hand experience of the challenges organisations face when trying to turn strategy into meaningful business results.
Speaking on her new role, Flamand noted, “What attracted me to PerfectRebel was its belief that many organisations do not need more process, more governance or more PowerPoint. The business has built strong momentum in a short period of time because it combines deep consulting expertise with practical experience of delivering transformation in the real world. I am excited to join the team at such an important stage in its growth and to help more organisations unlock better, faster outcomes.”
