Emagine names Lauren Di Ventura as chief people officer

Lauren Di Ventura has stepped into the permanent role of chief people officer at Emagine. Having previously served as interim co-head of the department, she takes on the full position as Emagine aims to expand across its international operations.

International business and IT consultancy Emagine is headquartered in Denmark. As it expands globally, it has grown to 35 offices in 15 countries across Europe, the UK, UAE and India, working to support clients including HSBC, Bank of America, JP Morgan and RBC.

Among the fastest growing business and consultancies in Europe, it reported €740 million in revenue in 2024, up 24% year‑on‑year, employing 4,700 consultants and a network of 600,000 specialists globally. Amid this growth, it has appointed a seasoned chief people officer – as Emagine looks to maintain the non-hierarchical set-up of its Scandinavian origins.

Based in the City of London, Lauren Di Ventura first joined the firm almost 12 months ago, and became interim co‑head of people and culture earlier in 2026. Her promotion to the full role marks a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing investment in its people strategy as it continues to scale across Europe.

CEO Anders Gatte, remarked, “Lauren has already made a significant impact since joining the business. Her leadership, experience, and passion for developing people make her the ideal Chief People Officer as we expand further across Europe. Integrating multiple acquisitions while maintaining a strong, unified culture is no small task, and Lauren will play a pivotal role in ensuring we continue to operate as one Emagine.”

With a career spanning more than 25 years in the recruitment and professional services industries working with several of the biggest names in the sector including Manpower, SThree, Harnham, and Morgan McKinley, Di Di Ventura brings deep expertise in talent and leadership development, employee engagement and wellbeing, and change management. Her experience will be central to strengthening emagine’s people infrastructure as the business accelerates its growth trajectory.

In her new role, Di Ventura will lead the continued integration of these acquired businesses into emagine’s culture. Her remit includes ensuring the organisation operates cohesively as one emagine, supported by a robust people framework that enables collaboration, consistency, and long‑term organisational health.

Di Ventura concluded, “Emagine is at an exciting point in its journey. Our people are the engine of our success, and my focus will be on creating the conditions for everyone within the business – irrespective of their level - to thrive as we continue to grow at pace. I’m proud to take on this role and help shape the next chapter of our culture and capability.”
