Data and AI consultancy Cynozure appoints Louise Wilson and Matthew Clarke
Cynozure, a data and AI consultancy from London, has strengthened its team with two senior appointments. Louise Wilson and Matthew Clarke are promoted as the firm looks to help clients scale data and AI projects.
Louise Wilson has been appointed as director of data and AI transformation, leading the team that helps organisations embed data and AI into how they operate, make decisions, and create value.
Wilson has been with Cynozure since early 2024, previously gaining two decades of experience in advisory and industry (including sixteen years with Marks & Spencer). Her work spans enterprise strategy, operating model transformation, AI adoption, and organisational change.
Over recent years, Wilson has worked with large organisations across operational services, not-for-profit, and international sport, helping teams turn data and AI ambition into practical delivery.
Matthew Clarke has meanwhile taken on a new role as director of architecture. Drawing on nearly eight years as a senior architect across Cynozure’s most complex client engagements, he now leads the firm’s architecture, delivery methodology, and technical governance capabilities, helping clients build the technological foundations needed to drive data and AI strategies.
Earlier in his career, Clarke worked as a data architect and data scientist at other UK-based consultancies.
Jason Foster, CEO at Cynozure, said that the two senior appointments strengthen Cynozure’s ability to deliver data transformations at its clients nationwide.
“Lou and Matt both bring deep expertise in helping organisations bridge the data and AI execution gap: connecting strategy, architecture, delivery, and organisational change to create stronger return on data and AI investment. Their leadership strengthens our ability to help clients build scalable data and decision capabilities that drive measurable commercial value.”
Founded in 2016, Cynozure is an award-winning data and AI consultancy with a team of around 30 people. The firm is a certified B Corporation and works for clients such as Baillie Gifford, Knight Frank, Specsavers, and The Pensions Regulator.
