Henderson Loggie appoints Christine Rolland as Head of Forensic team
Henderson Loggie, a Scottish accounting and advisory firm, has installed Christine Rolland as Head of its Forensic team.
Christine Rolland takes up the role after six years with the professional services firm as director and brings 17 years of experience in expert witness work, spanning contentious valuations, business interruption claims and complex investigations. Earlier in her career, she worked for HM Revenue & Customs as a forensic accountant and spent close to a decade at BDO.
In her new role, she will lead the development of Henderson Loggie’s Forensic offering, working closely with legal firms and Counsel across Scotland and the United Kingdom.
On her appointment, Rolland said: “It’s a real privilege to step into this role at such an important time for the firm’s Forensic practice. The need for clear, independent and technically robust analysis continues to grow as legal teams recognise the value we bring to complex cases. I’m looking forward to continuing to work closely with solicitors and Counsel as they support their clients through situations that can often be both challenging and sensitive.”
Other members of the team include Peter Graham, a well-respected forensic accountant in Scotland, and Natalie Grant, who recently joined the team as an assistant manager.
Commenting on the news, David Smith, Managing Partner at Henderson Loggie, said: “Christine is a highly respected specialist in her field, and her experience and reputation will be invaluable as we continue to grow this area of the business. Her appointment, together with the wider expansion of the team, underlines our commitment to investing in this specialist practice.”
Founded in 1909 in Dundee, Henderson Loggie has over 190 staff working across four offices. The company is a member of PrimeGlobal.
