HKA appoints Mitesh Modha as Principal in Business Development team
Global consulting firm HKA has appointed Mitesh Modha as Principal in its Business Development team for International markets. He is based in London.
Mitesh Modha brings more than a decade of experience in business development, origination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-border commercial strategy. His career spans the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, with a track record of creating new market opportunities, shaping strategic partnerships, and supporting clients involved in high-profile and complex commercial claims, corporate governance matters, and class/group actions.
He previously gained experience at Woodsford, Kain Knight, and SettleFirst Consulting, where he operated at the intersection of legal strategy, corporate governance, financial risk, and commercial recovery.
Leveraging his experience, Modha will focus on expanding HKA’s client portfolio across competition, economic and commercial disputes, and litigation.
Chris Williams, Partner and Head of Economics for International at HKA, said that Modha’s appointment comes at a time when economic competition issues are increasingly shaping global disputes. With deep expertise in the field, and teams around the world, HKA is well positioned to help clients navigate their competition challenges.
“Mitesh brings valuable international experience and commercial insight. His appointment strengthens our business development capability and supports our strategy to deepen client engagement across key international markets.”
Commenting on his move, Modha said: “HKA’s depth in expert evidence, economic analysis and disputes advisory work puts us in an exceptional position to support lawyers and their clients seeking expert economic/forensic input into their group and class actions, in addition to assisting clients facing heightened regulatory scrutiny and complex cross border challenges.”
