Synechron launches AI Agents suite to automate workflows in financial services
Synechron, a global consulting firm dedicated to the financial services sector, has launched Synechron Agentic – a portfolio of AI agents built for complex, regulated workflows.
The new portfolio helps companies adopt ready-to-deploy AI agents – AI systems that can autonomously plan, decide, and act to achieve goals with minimal human intervention. Unlike traditional AI, agentic AI can initiate actions, adapt to changing contexts, and coordinate multiple tools or agents to complete complex tasks.
Synechron’s agents have been developed for a range of complex processes – including back-office and operational processes – and integrate with leading enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian, and Datadog.
“Our clients want AI that works inside their business, not next to it,” said Faisal Husain, Co-Founder and CEO at Synechron. “Synechron Agentic applies AI to mission-critical workflows with the controls enterprises expect, so leaders gain speed and confidence without adding risk.”
The first release of agentic AI products will focus on the banking, financial services, wealth management, payments and insurance sectors.
“Agentic is about outcomes,” said Sandeep Kumar, Head of Innovation at Synechron. “We’re meeting technology and risk teams where they are, integrating with the platforms they already use, so they can automate faster, prove value sooner, and scale with transparency.”
Synechron is rolling out Synechron Agentic across its footprint. The US-headquartered company has more than 16,500 professionals working from 60 offices in 20 countries.
