How Lancia Consult delivered a roadmap for Young Enterprise NI’s digital future

While not all suggestions could be implemented immediately “due to resourcing and financial constraints”, Brunton said the report provides “a strong foundation for building a future business case with developers.”

“One of the standout aspects of the engagement was the consistency of communication. Regular contact was promised by the project coordinator, and they absolutely delivered, both with the project team and the coordinator keeping key staff informed throughout.”
