Boutique consultancy Seller HR and Business Solutions has refreshed its brand to reflect its growing offering for SME clients. Founder Colin Seller said that the refreshed corporate identity aims to make “what we offer more accessible and relatable to clients of all sizes”.

“We want businesses to see that strategic support isn’t only for large corporations,” Seller went on. “Whether you’re a team of five or five thousand the core principles of aligning people, improving systems and building for growth are exactly the same. Seller spent 16 years at pharmaceutical giant Pfizer; most recently as vice president of network and operational excellence for Pfizer Global Manufacturing. He also played a key role in the UK’s Covid-19 response, leading performance and capacity improvements in national testing operations with the UK Health Security Agency.

Seller HR and Business Solutions looks to leverage that experience, alongside the knowhow of a wider team of five associates. The sector agnostic company clients across sectors including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, logistics and government – and has seen turnover growth of 40% in 2025.

As the Northumberland-headquartered company looks to plan for the years ahead, its new brand identity reflects Seller HR and Business Solutions’ commitment to providing “a more approachable and personable consultancy service”, while maintaining the strategic insight and operational excellence gained from over 25 years of experience in global business leadership. This includes a refreshed website, showcasing the company’s service offering in a clear and user-friendly format – where visitors can also access free resources designed to help business leaders identify opportunities for improvement.
