Trio of consultants join Lancia Consult amid growth
Lancia Consult has welcomed three new consultants to the team. Anna-Jane Murphy, Rosie Cottrel, and Nicholas Edwards brings “new energy to the team”; while reflecting the “continued expansion” of the firm, according to Managing Director for Europe Jonny McCormick.
McCormick went on, “It’s great to welcome our three new recruits to Lancia. We’re thrilled to have them on board, and I look forward to seeing the impact they’ll make with our clients and teams in the months ahead.”
The new recruits joined as part of Landing at Lancia, Lancia Consult’s signature onboarding experience designed to immerse new consultants in life at the company. Taking place annually, Landing at Lancia introduces new team members to Lancia Consult’s culture, ways of working, and client impact; allowing them to see what the workplace is like first-hand.
Anna-Jane Murphy joins Lancia Consult in its Belfast office, having most recently worked as a technology recruitment consultant for Anson McCade. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business, from Queen’s University.
Speaking on her arrival via a LinkedIn post, she said, “I’ve landed at Lancia! Two weeks into the next chapter of my career, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined Lancia Consult as a consultant in the Belfast office! The Landing at Lancia programme has been an incredible introduction – full of insightful sessions, fun workshops and warm welcomes across our Europe Offices.”
Rosie Cottrell arrives in London, joining the Lancia Consult team to drive solutions for its clients in the UK capital. She joins following a 10-month spell with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, and holds a bachelor’s in history from the University of Exeter.
Cottrell remarked on LinkedIn, “I am incredibly pleased to announce that I have joined Lancia Consult as a consultant in their London office… I have spent the past two weeks receiving training across the Europe offices, meeting the Belfast, Bristol and London teams. The Landing at Lancia onboarding has been a great experience, filled with diverse talks, engaging training sessions and fun team-building activities. One highlight includes delivering a case study presentation on change management, applying our training in real time and gaining first-hand insight into Lancia’s approach.”
Nick Edwards finally joins the Bristol office of Lancia Consult. He spent the last year are co-lead of the creator division at Abberton Media, and holds a bachelor’s in science from the University of Bristol.
He added, “Since my first interaction with Lancia Consult through 180 Degree Consulting, I was inspired by their approach, team and culture. I am very proud to be joining the company and to be able to contribute in my own way.”
