Hayward Wright continues expansion with Wharfside acquisition
Hayward Wright has expanded into the centre of Birmingham with its latest acquisition. The Midlands-based accounting and advisory firm has purchased Wharfside Accountancy Services for an undisclosed fee.

Founded in 2022 by Rob Carroll, Wharfside is a professional team of accountants which serves business and individuals across the UK. Looking ahead, the firm will retain its office on Bridge Street, with all clients transferring to Hayward Wright.
Carroll will also remain in the business as head of operations and will join the Hayward Wright board, playing a key role in future acquisitions and supporting the firm’s ongoing expansion plans.
