Founded in 2001, Procure4 operates as part of the FourCentric Group. After the rebranding of its parent, Procure4 has expanded its offering around ESG services, while refreshing its own corporate identity.

Formally rebranded earlier in 2024, FourCentric unites six specialist companies to deliver best-in-class procurement, supply chain, operations, analytics and senior & executive talent solutions. Since its inception in 2020, the group has grown steadily, equipping businesses with tailored solutions that optimise performance, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making. This has seen FourCentric build up a portfolio of collective expertise via deals with 4C Associates, Ebit, Anvil Analytical, PROGRESSIO, Henkan and Procure4.

Following that wider rebrand, Henkan made its own strategic rebrand. And now, specialist consultancy Procure4, which works to help organisations reduce costs and optimise procurement performance, has announced a major expansion of its service portfolio.

As the firm looks to grow, it has rolled out a new ESG service line, designed to embed sustainability principles across end-to-end procurement processes. This allows clients to build resilient, ethical supply chains and achieve auditable ESG goals. This offering complements Procure4’s core cost base reduction and mitigation (CBRM) services, enabling clients to capture sustainable savings while strengthening performance at pace.

“Our expanded ESG offering combined with being part of FourCentric’s international group, allows us to deliver greater value to Procure4’s clients by delivering tangible results across procurement, supply chain, operations, and analytics,” said Chris Mullen, CEO of Procure4. “This rebrand reflects who we are today and what we have always been – great people delivering great procurement outcomes.”

The strategic move is also marked by a new brand identity, which a release from the firm claims reflects Procure4’s growth as part of the private equity-backed FourCentric group.
