Transform retires Cadence Innova brand and unveils refreshed identity
Ten months following the closing of the acquisition, Transform has formally retired the Cadence Innova brand and fully integrated its team and operations under its refreshed Transform identity.
Announced in September last year, the acquisition of Cadence Innova added a team of around 100 consultants to Transform’s base and added a range of capabilities and clients in the public sector domain to its roster. Cadence Innova specialises in designing and delivering transformation programmes across public services and the nation’s transport network.
Effective this week, the integration process has been completed, with the Cadence Innova brand leaving the stage and all operations now unified under the Transform name.
“When we acquired Cadence Innova, we were hugely impressed with them, and our work together over the past year has reinforced how their breadth of expertise enhances our combined offerings. It was really important to find a future partner that shared our values, and now, as one fully integrated team, we’re excited to deliver more impactful change for our clients, their customers, and citizens,” said Emma Robertson, CEO of Transform.
In parallel, Transform has refreshed its own brand to reflect the new identity shaped by the coming together of the two consultancies. Robertson highlighted that the brand integration process was guided by a vision to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
“Our new brand embodies our positioning: Transform is a fresh kind of partner with the depth and breadth of a traditional consulting firm but the open, collaborative culture that cares about delivering the right things in the right ways – for clients, their users, and for each other.”
Meghan Walsh, Head of Marketing and New Business, added: “Our refreshed branding reflects that there has never been a transformation partner like Transform. Having brought our teams and cultures together, now is the perfect time to launch a look that represents who we are today: a fresh kind of transformation partner that’s faster, more collaborative, and more relevant to today’s needs.”
Next chapter
Previously known as Engine Transformation (up until a 2022-carve out from Engine Group), Transform has a team of around 250 consultants working from offices in London and Manchester. The consulting firm, which is backed by private equity investor Next 15, has the stated ambition to firmly establish itself as one the UK’s leading consultancy firms.”
Last month, both Transform and Cadence Innova were named one the UK’s top consulting firms for 2025 in an industry-wide benchmark.
“This is an exciting chapter for Transform as we continue to grow,” said Robertson. “We’re delivering exceptional work for public sector and customer-facing organisations – from government agencies and local authorities to energy, utilities, as well as some of the world’s most dynamic brands across automotive, retail, financial services, and consumer goods.”
