Alvarez & Marsal strengthens M&A team in Manchester with Steven Kingham

Alvarez & Marsal has strengthened its M&A team in Manchester with Steven Kingham, who has been appointed as a Managing Director.

Steven Kingham joined from EY, where he spent eleven years and most recently led its Transaction Services team in Manchester, specializes in financial due diligence – advising corporate and private equity clients on acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, carve-outs and cross-border transactions.

A member of the Global Transaction Advisory Group, Kingham will focus mainly on transactions in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) and consumer industries.

Alvarez & Marsal launched its Manchester office in 2018 and has since grown the operation to a leading player in the region for restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and forensic investigation expertise.
