FTI Consulting hire ex-McKinsey duo Jason Rogers and Viktor Dobrikov

FTI Consulting has strengthened its Business Transformation practice in the UK with two new senor hires: Jason Rogers and Viktor Dobrikov.

In their roles, Rogers and Dobrikov – both join as Managing Directors and both have a background at McKinsey & Company – will advise clients on operational transformation strategies and performance improvement.

Rogers brings 25 years of international transformation experience through his work leading large-scale performance and operational transformations in both consulting and industry roles. He specialises in technology and AI-driven service operations transformations that enhance customer experience while reducing costs. 

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Rogers was Director of Transformation at British Airways. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company and PwC, where he led large-scale transformation projects for more than 100 clients. His line management experience also includes leading billion-dollar transport and city revitalisation projects at Transport for NSW in Australia.

Dobrikov brings more than 20 years of international operational transformation experience to FTI Consulting. He crosses to FTI Consulting from an FMCG company, where he was an Operations Strategy Director. Prior to that, he worked seven years at McKinsey & Company, and held several finance-focused roles in Ukraine

Working as a consultant, Dobrikov led client transformations and performance improvement initiatives to optimise operations, unlock revenue growth and improve costs. He has also advised clients on scalable sustainability solutions and helped clients develop and implement strategies that use technology to improve processes and operations.
