Embridge Consulting appoints Paul Gardner and Dan Chilton to board roles

Embridge Consulting has made two board appointments, growing the size of its board to five as the firm aims to hit record revenue by the end of this year.
Established in 2009, Embridge Consulting is a digital transformation consultancy, specialising in ERP and business change. The firm specialises in helping clients implement technologies and systems, and with transforming business operations by empowering people, process, and technology.
With a revenue target set of over £10 million this year, and the ambition to scale further over the coming years, Embridge Consulting is investing in its top leadership and governance. Part of that has been the onboarding of two Non-Executive Directors (for an outside-in perspective), and now, the Gravesham-based firm has enlarged its board with Dan Chilton being named as Chief Experience Officer.
The current Chief Experience Officer, Paul Gardner, has in turn been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
In his new role as Chief Experience Officer, Chilton will work across the business to create customer-focused strategies help ensure that the delivery of programmes / projects meet customer expectations. He will work closely with the rest of the senior leadership team to drive organisational vision, operational strategy and hiring needs to enhance customer success and support the aggressive growth plans.
“Dan has been instrumental in supporting the growth of our business over the last few years. He has successfully expanded our team of consultants delivering high quality outcomes for our customers, whilst also enhancing our proprietary methodologies and service solutions. Now with a wider remit I am excited to see how the team will continue to grow and mature under Dan’s leadership,” said Emma O’Brien, Founder and CEO of Embridge Consulting.
In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Gardner will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of Embridge Consulting and in delivering its strategic goals. He also will oversee plans to expand the firm’s suite of services and products.
“Paul has been working alongside me now for over two years and has demonstrated exceptional leadership during this time. Empowering Paul to take a wider remit is a significant step forward for the business as my focus moves much more on setting the medium to long term vision for the business whilst also working on some exciting strategic and social impact initiatives,” commented O’Brien.
“Both are two well deserved appointments that are critical in our ability to scale Embridge Consulting to the next level over the next few years. 2025 is certainly going to be an instrumental year for us and I am very excited to see what the team will achieve,” O’Brien concluded.
