Oliver Wyman adds Thibault Lebreton to private capital practice as partner

Oliver Wyman has strengthened its private capital practice with the addition of a new partner. Thibault Lebreton joins the firm’s London office, bringing over a decade of strategy experience to the role.
“I am driven by the intellectual challenge of helping investors navigate the complexity and constant evolution of tech markets,” Lebreton said. “To do that, a precise understanding of niche customer needs, modular propositions, and broader tech trends is key to making informed, high-conviction decisions and creating value.”
Lebreton has spent 15 years in the consulting industry, on either side of the Channel. After beginning as a junior consultant at HTS Consulting in Paris, he shifted to the firm’s London office in 2014. Soon after, he joined AMR International, before spending eight years with EY-Parthenon – latterly becoming a director with the Big Four strategy label.
Over the course of that career, Lebreton has honed significant expertise when it comes to advising private equity and corporate clients – particularly on commercial due diligence and growth strategy. He has a strong track record in the software and tech services sectors, with expertise across horizontal and vertical software markets as well as digital and cloud services.
The appointment of Lebreton follows another recent arrival from EY-Parthenon. In February 2024, Oliver Wyman also welcomed Darshan Vora as a partner to its London wing. He strengthened the firm’s health and life sciences sector, and private capital teams with more than a decade of experience.
