Ana Pereu joins S-RM to help lead UK disputes and investigations practice

Leading global intelligence and cyber security consultancy S-RM has appointed of Ana Pereu as an associate director. She takes on the role in the firm’s disputes and investigations practice, bolstering S-RM’s internal investigation expertise and supporting clients globally in navigating and mitigating internal issues.

Headquartered in London, S-RM is a global intelligence and cyber security consultancy with expertise in insurance, cyber security and cyber response. The firm works across nine international offices and advises companies ranging from blue-chip corporates to large financial institutions.
In her new role with the firm, Pereu will help lead S-RM’s disputes and investigations wing in the UK. Her appointment improves the company’s ability to aid clients with internal issues – and adapt to possible regulatory, financial and reputational repercussions.

Joining from the forensic investigations and intelligence team of Kroll, Pereu brings expertise in handing complex investigations. As a manager at the risk advisory firm, she worked on internal investigations including internal fraud and supplier and partner misconduct, and investigations involving open-source, digital and dark web intelligence. Previously, she also worked at global security and risk consultancy firm Stroz Friedburg, where she handled investigations ranging from identity resolution to digital footprint assessments for high-net-worth individuals.
