4most announces Matthew Hubbard as head of portfolio management
Risk management consultancy 4most has announced the appointment of Matthew Hubbard as head of portfolio management. He brings more than 27 years of experience to the firm.

Founded in 2011, 4most is a specialist analytics consultancy that champions its people above all else. Specialising in credit risk, insurance, data, and market risk, the firm hosts 300 experts across six offices in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. The latest appointment builds on the recent hires of Richard Whiting and Philippa-Milner Jones as client partners, based in Amsterdam and London, respectively.
Looking ahead, Hubbard will introduce a range of innovative consulting services designed to complement 4most’s existing regulatory offerings. These will include credit risk and collections diagnostics, customer-level decisioning strategies and exposure management to enhance unsecured lending profitability. He will also integrate AI and machine learning to enhance data-driven strategies and strengthen 4most’s client offerings.
Hubbard joins the firm’s London office, bringing over 27 years of credit risk and collections consulting experience to the company. He has previously held senior roles at firms such as FICO, Experian and Mastercard. Recognised as an expert in credit risk, portfolio management, analytics and collections across both consumer and SME lending portfolios, he has also served as a trusted adviser to over 300 clients in 50 countries.
